    says broken theme “missing stylesheet” when uploaded through FTP…. however childtheme uploads succesfully.. Couldnot upload through wp admin dashboard.. error message is on screenshot..please help

    @aju29 Welcome to the BuddyBoss community! Can you post a screenshot of the contents of the zip file you are trying to upload?

    I unzipped the files downloaded from mydownloads(previously I tried the downloads provided in the email) into folders buddyboss and buddyboss-child (foldernames are same as zip file name(auto created by unzipping software) then dragged the folders(buddyboss and buddyboss-child) one by one to wp-contents/themes.. 28 files failed to transfer… I am posting the screenshot of FTP client.

    @aju29 I’m afraid this appears to be a server issue. I suggest you contact your hosting provider for assistance or keep trying to upload those failed files.

    Yea.. I contacted the hosting provider.. they reinstalled wordpress and also installed the theme for me, now its okay.. I had done an auto install of wordpress previously.. 🙂
