    This seems like a simple issue, but it’s escaping me. Is there a way to disable commenting on specific pages? I don’t mind comments on posts, in fact that’s essential for my site’s functionality, but certain pages should not have a comment section. I can’t seem to figure out how to remove this function – can you help me please?

    @davesharpe on the page select “Screen Options” in the top right corner then select comments check box. The option box will appear on the bottom of the screen.

    Thanks TJ – I’ve actually tried that but somehow the comment section is still showing. I suspect this has to do with the Content Editor Plugin I’m using. Will investigate further today.

    Turns out is was a problem with the Motopress Content Editor plugin I was using. They’re aware of the problem, but haven’t resolved it yet. For now I’m trying a different content editor – though I hate to lose some of the features of Motopress.
