    When i goto the buddyboss customize page then i get an almost blank page ?

    And can i activate/ deactivate float menu without going to customize page ?

    @hugblue Welcome to the BuddyBoss community! This is a plugin conflict. Try disabling your plugins and reactive one by one until you discover the conflict. This is a conflict with WordPress, so check for outdated plugins first (those not updated within the past year or two)
