    Hi guys –

    I have over 300 members on my site, and so far I’ve only seen this issue twice. The Member list of course shows recent activity (like the most recent “status update”) from the user listed. I’m attaching an image that shows what one of my members has as their last activity – a series of Warnings. I’m not sure where to start with this. Thanks for any help or insight!

    @jgwolfensberger any chance you can check if the same error shows up when using 2015 theme? Does it show up consistently?
