    The profile background in my installation causes an error (s. screenshot). What can I do to solve this?

    @chaefner I’m certain I’ve seen this before and it was an easy CSS fix for a plugin conflict. Can you send me a link to this page?

    @chaefner unfortunately this requires inspecting the element and determining what is making the background white. You can try adding this to custom.css:
    #buddypress #item-header-cover > .table-cell{background:transparent;}

    @chaefner great, I’ll close this out. It really is a shot in the dark without actually being able to inspect elements with developer tools. Hopefully you can google those tools and learn to use them. They will be your best friend with CSS edits.
