    First of all thanks for your help!

    I’ve seen all the videos of this issue, and neither refers to how to make the left side of the bar is visible to visitors.

    As you can see the left lateral menu does not appear. Only when you are accessing a member.

    the problem is that visitors do not see the left side menu. Only registered members see it.

    But I also want to be seen unregistered. Do you get me?

    when I log this menu disappears! In the video there is no indication as to who is maintained.

    It has to be visible, but in my web only seen if you go as a member.

    @yololo perhaps you have selected to hide the BuddyPanel to logged out users through Dashboard>Customize
