    Hi Tj, I notice that the photo count (on a members profile page, the number behind the “photos” link) isn’t correct. It looks like the number of one recordset instead of a total count.

    @mth75 this should have been fixed in the most recent release of BuddyBoss Media, see previous thread here: https://www.buddyboss.com/support-forums/topic/bbmedia-photo-count/

    @mth75 did you migrate the database already? This is a new function added in the latest update. If you have please let me know how to replicate the issue and if you can replicate it on a new account or only on older accounts.

    @tjchester Hi, yes, off course I migrated. All accounts have this issue (as far as I can test in a live environment).

    @mth75 as stated above, I need more details how to replicate these results…Is it when uploading in bulk only? Or also when uploading individual photos? Is it off by one each upload, or is it just off by one at all times, or any other amount for that matter? Thanks!

    Should be 60 or something instead of 17 and number is wrong for everybody.

    Is there a way to trigger the migrating script (for a second time). Pls look at my website and see for yourself (you have a useraccount)

    @mth75 I think this is a legacy issue only pertaining to previous photos. I did several single images and group images in an album and the count is correct. Please email a description of this issue including my above finding along with admin credentials to [email protected] and Varun will investigate further.

    @michael, so far I had no reaction. @michael anyone? I want this one sorted out. I tested in my testenv and it seems that only one migration pass is made.

    @mth75 I have checked the site, will update you shortly, i had also noticed the wrong count of photos on your profile checking the count approach again before migration and after migration. In fresh installs it is working fine.
