    Hello-

    When the activity feed has an excerpt and an @mention is located in it it creates a long weird link. You can see the image I attached shows what happens.

    I did extensive testing on my site and you can see what I mean here:

    So basically to test you need to @mention someone and make sure the content is long enough to produce a shortened excerpt. Once you click “read more” on the excerpt it fixes itself.

    @optimystic I just confirmed this is a BuddyPress issue, I suggest you search their forums for a similar issueto see if there is a resolution.
