    I would like the button at the top of the page for non-logged in members to say ‘Create an account’ rather than ‘Register’. How do i go about this please?

    Hi @costyclan, You can use Loco Translate plugin and change the label for Register from BuddyPress translate file.
    Else you can do that from header.php as well, copy header.php to child theme and edit it inside child theme
