    Hello, I was just about ready to launch our new site and realized that the lightbox used to open images is having issues.

    We are use The Buddyboss Media plugin. When I try to view an image posted on a wall…it will do the following :

    -Sometimes it doesn’t open at all and the page freezes caused refresh or back to the used
    -the image opens up and withing seconds the page goes black
    -Almost every time when an image is clicked on the lightbox with turn the buddypanel black, the page will freeze and scrolling up or down is gone…you can only click links. This happens whether the lightbox decides to open an image or not.

    Is there a fix for this? It really is putting a huge damper on our launch

    I found the issue, but need a fix or understanding as to why it is happening. We are using BPChat which is a premium plugin and essential to our site. When we disabled the plugin…all the features of BB Media work as they should.

    How can we run both? Any help would greatly be appreciated.

    Thanks but I have members who now cannot access photos because of this conflict. So, it’s pretty urgent. It would seem that there are various chat plugins that have this issue with this plugin. Strength to your dev!

    Hi @namrons, I have already submitted both the plugins to developer, waiting for their response on it.
    They have to work on multiple issue and keep adding new features, thus sometime it takes time.

    Hello,

    Having the same issue with BuddyBoss Media plugin, black screen with lightbox and strange behaviour. Also thumbnails got suddenly hidden from the album.

    I can PM you the login details to test.

    Please tell us if you have a fix for this?
    (We cannot launch the website with such issue, our community is mainly about photo submission…etc)

    Hi @lahir, at your website these two plugins are creating issue
    jquery-colorbox
    woo-product-enquiry

    deactivate them and clear your cache and test your issue again
