    Hello,

    I’ve just purchased the Boss theme and installed the latest version on my wordpress.
    If I go in the menu to customize, nothing won’t load in that area. I tried clicking every page on the menu and nothing. How can this be fixed?

    Hi @miguelp,

    Sorry for the inconvenience, Please take a look of your PHP version.
    As per WordPress recommendation
    https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

    PHP version 5.6 or greater
    MySQL version 5.6 or greater

    We have added Redux framework to Boss theme which also need PHP 5.6+

    Please also check “Disable the visual editor when writing” inside Admin profile , it should be unchecked
