    I just purchased Boss and added Social Learner, the customizer options aren’t working at all. I can’t get to the customizer and the Boss Options is completely blank. It doesn’t even load. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled everything, and even reactivated and deactivated all of the plugins and themes and nothing is happening.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Ignore this. 🙂 I managed to figure it out. I just needed to up PHP to 5.6.

    Hi,

    I too have just purchased the theme and having the same problems as the previous user. I even tried the solution he suggested (upgrading to php 5.6) but not having any luck. Could you please help out as some BuddyBoss options are missing (some customization links and BuddyBosss Options link from the WordPress menu). Thanks.

    Hi @hoollaaconnect, Please explain it little more if you are having Boss. theme’s option issue or another issue too.

    @pallavi I currently do not have some of the Boss theme links showing. The missing links are: the main Buddyboss admin menu link with options for Buddyboss Reorder Tabs, Buddyboss Wall, Buddyboss Media and Boss theme options. I also don’t have links for Typography and Colour Options when I go to Appearance > Customize.

    I have deactivated all plugins and tried a fresh install and activation but no luck. The links are still missing. Could you help with this?

    Hi @hoollaaconnect, For theme settings there’s is a Left menu ‘Boss’ select that and you will get those options see the attached screenshot for help.

    @pallavi the left menu ‘Boss’ was actually what I am referring to. I have managed to sort the issue out. I found out it was a recently installed plugin that was the cause. Thanks for your kind help. Regards.
