March 16, 2016 at 3:42 am #63233@bruce7075Hi,
When different users login using same browser, same computer, then the cart remains and doesn’t clear out or updated for the new login user.
Please kindly help. Thanks!

AnonymousHi,
Can’t replicate issue, we are using standard woocommerce cart almost unchanged, works good for us. Try clearing cache before logging as new user, or use “Incognito browser mode” and let us know if you still have same issue.

March 16, 2016 at 7:38 am #63313@bruce7075Hi, I clear all the cache and still have the same issue. User A login >> add items to cart >> logout >> user B login, the cart items of user A will show up on user B.

March 17, 2016 at 2:16 pm #63685@thehappycouponerI’m having this same problem. We don’t use a caching plugin as caching is taken care of by our host.

AnonymousHi @bruce7075
We have checked for it , it’s server related and seems session variables are not updating

Varun DubeyMarch 22, 2016 at 7:40 am #64585@bruce7075Hi @vapvarun, I also have other e-commerce sites within same server. But, we don’t have this issue. Every time when we login with same browser, same computer, it will load previous user’s cart contents as well as messages. For example, user Bruce log out >> user John log in >> John sees Bruce’s messages and every other things. So, it is not just cart only.
As you mentioned about updating session variables, please kindly advise how. Thanks!
March 22, 2016 at 10:55 am #64625@bruce7075Hi @buddyboss, different user login shows the same contents. Serious cache issue.

March 24, 2016 at 1:04 pm #65055@bruce7075Hi @buddyboss, I further detect the issue and find the following:
If the admin login, then the cart contents will stay there after logout.
If the non-admin login, then it doesn’t have this issue. If admin login >> admin log out >> user A login, user A can see admin’s cart contents.
If admin login >> admin log out >> user A login >> user A logout >> then the cart contents is cleared out >> user B login >> back to normalHope you can find the root cause for this and fix this issue. Thanks very much!
