    Hi @buddyboss,

Regarding the form to ask seller a question,

    1. the cursor stays above ‘This is a notice to all users.’ I don’t know how it works. Please kindly explain. This confuses us all. Nobody knows why cursor is there.

    2. Change cursor to stay at ‘Subject’. Please kindly advise how to do it.

    Please kindly help. Thanks!

    Hi @vapvarun,

Thanks for your reply! I try to login with a vendor, non-admin. From the attached image, you can that there are 3 lines. When I click ‘ask a question’, the cursor stays at the line above subject. I try to tab and find that the line above subject is something redundant. In other words, the field for admin shows up for non-admins.

I think it’s kind of bug which needs to be fixed.

Hi @bruce7075, First line is to add more user
It need more improvement, i have suggested developers to hide first input line when a user is using Ask a Question feature to avoid any confusion.
