I’ve made sure to only upload photos that are 1050×400, but they still stretch depending on browser width. Is there a way I can ‘block’ the cover photo, so that it doesn’t stretch at all, it just stays static. (This would create bars on either side, but that is ok.)

I have already done this–no offense, but that is the first thing that I did to try to fix it. I have attached a screenshot so you can see that they are already ‘checked’. I still need help with my cover photos…and this is the third time I’m posting about the issue. I feel like I’m being ignored;(

I just really need to get this fixed for my members.

Users are still unable to edit cover photos (even admin cannot make changes.) I’ve troubleshooted over several days and as far as I can tell, all settings are correct. This is going on for several days now and my users are getting frustrated.

Also, one last thing—I don’t want ANY random coverphotos anywhere on the site. How can I eliminate them? Member’s should have the ability load a cover photo if they WANT one, but otherwise it should just be a blank space, with the same color as the background. What do I do?

Even as an admin I can’t change group cover photos! This is crazy.

@vapvarun ok, still having issues with the cover photo–the button is present to ‘update cover photo’, but there’s no way to actually update it! The button is dead–it doesn’t do anything. What should I do? Now I have a bunch of users who are upset that their coverphotos aren’t loading!

I guess the update changed some of my Buddypress settings–I changed them and they are now good to go.

Having issues with new update—all of the coverphotos for my groups have completely disappeard. How can I fix this? And why did this happen?

That’s great, thank you. It’s still a little weird because when each particular link is ‘opened’ the color reverts to the ‘link’ color, which is established in Boss. Theme Customizer. Don’t feel you have to respond to this, I’m just throwing in my thoughts

Oh there’s nothing wrong with the plugins! It’s not a problem, I was just posting this in case anyone else may have had an issue with the forum attachments. I figured it might save you some time so you didn’t have to answer other people’s question on the matter:)

if($showing == “follows”) {
}…..(abbreviated for saving space)

function and replaced it with

bp_add_friend_button();

@pallavi — thanks for the reply. I’ve since reverted back to single site. I won’t ever do that again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone go the multisite route. I think there may be better options than multisite to accomplish one’s goal.
