I do understand, – it’s still disconcerting, especially since the issue seems to have existed for close to 3 months with no real solution other than wait for an update. I don’t regret my purchase, and trust that you will get it worked out. Good luck!

It’s a little disconcerting that you market half-baked beta software as if it were production ready, but I’m looking forward to the update.

I’m having the same problem as the OP. I already had Sendgrid configured and working with a whitelabeled domain, using the SendGrid plugin.

The BB Test email is sent but the reply fails with the error: Failed incoming mail error: (Does not have a valid Reply by Email header.)

What do you suggest?
