Can I simply rename the child theme (eg: buddyboss child-2) and use in on othr subdomains? I am non technical so dont know how to create a child theme. 🙂

Hi, I have edited the header.php on my child theme to display a searchbar in header. My wordpress is multisite installation. Now, the searchbar is displayed in all the subsites. While, the css customized are displayed on the main site.

Hi.. I use inspect element to edit the css and change the custom css of child theme.. but nowadays it is not working..no changes seen after clearing the cache too.. and I have activated the child theme..should i activate the main theme??

Yea.. I contacted the hosting provider.. they reinstalled wordpress and also installed the theme for me, now its okay.. I had done an auto install of wordpress previously.. 🙂

I unzipped the files downloaded from mydownloads(previously I tried the downloads provided in the email) into folders buddyboss and buddyboss-child (foldernames are same as zip file name(auto created by unzipping software) then dragged the folders(buddyboss and buddyboss-child) one by one to wp-contents/themes.. 28 files failed to transfer… I am…[Read more]

says broken theme “missing stylesheet” when uploaded through http://FTP…. however childtheme uploads succesfully.. Couldnot upload through wp admin dashboard.. error message is on screenshot..please help
