@tjchester Yeah, I tried that but couldn’t get it to work since I’m using a couple of shortcodes that wouldn’t load even though I inserted them in the Visual Editor field they recommend.

Hi!

I’m looking for a two column side-by-side layout on my front page (in the content area) and am wondering which would be the best approach? There are no included shortcodes for this in the theme as far as I know, and I haven’t found a working plugin solution yet. Should I try custom CSS and will that adapt to the responsiveness of the theme?

+1!! Thanks for bringing this up, this issue is really annoying. I want to encourage my users to send each other messages and mention each other, and that’s not intuitive now with the hidden “…” button menu.

Hi!

I’d like to suggest that an e-mail goes out to those of us who have bought the Boss. theme whenever an update is released to the theme. This should be easy to unsubscribe from of course. As it is now I have to check the release notes page frequently to see if there’s an update because my WordPress update function doesn’t always find the new updates.

Yes, that does make a lot of sense! Thanks! I have a few submenus on my site and when they’re expanded the menu scrolls. Didn’t think of that.

On second thought I’d like this to be a desktop only feature since it brings up the keyboard automatically when scrolling on the mobile version of the Boss. theme on every new page load, and that’s of course bad for user experience. Tested on an iPhone 6.

Hi!

I noticed that there’s no spacing between paragraphs in bbPress. When I press enter in the reply form, that’s being ignored. This may not be the case in a clean installation of the Boss. theme (I have made a lot of CSS changes), but I’m posting the solution here if anyone else is having the same problem.

Thanks! That was what I was looking for. However, I’m getting the same red color in the personal menu (right side) as background behind the username (at the top of the menu) on mobile. Is there a way to be more specific?

I added the “Messages” menu item from BuddyPress to the BuddyPanel menu for easy access. The notification circle has the same color as the menu itself (I’d like it to be the same red color as the notification which shows available updates for plugins in the header menu).
