Hello,
Is it possible to show the currently avaliable groups in buddypress in the slider? If not in the slider can the groups be shown where the slider goes on the homepage?

I tried
function alt_buddyboss_setup()
{
add_image_size('buddyboss_slides', 1040, 200, true);
}
add_action( 'after_setup_theme', 'alt_buddyboss_setup', 999 );
and that does not seem to work for point 1.ANy idea how to get it to work?

Hello,
My website is http://www.builderstatus.com
and as you can see with a white slide image the text does not show up. I have 2 questions
1) How do i re-size the height? will add_image_size(‘buddyboss_slides’, 1040, 400, true); work for that?
2) How do i change the font/color of the slide text that shows up?

Faceboook developer guide says to add a script in Body tag each page. is there a way i can do that in the boss child theme?

I browsed through the forum and it does not look like there is a clear answer if google adsense works with this theme? I tried wordpress plugin to put an add in the header and it messes up the theme. So the quesiton is
1) Where do i add the add in the header so that it does not mess up the theme.
2) How do i add adds to individual pages? -

I already checked that the problem is the messages i add using bp_core_add_message do not show up on the BOSS theme. As a simple test on your side do this.. in your bp-custom.php add the code below. Go to the group creation wizard and when you click create and save it should throw this error up. It does not happen on BOSS theme..…[Read more]

Looking more into this it looks like there needs to be a call to
<?php do_action( ‘template_notices’ ); ?>
in all the poages for the messages to show up but i do not see that in any of the pages in the BOSS Theme….
Please let me know how to proceed as i do have a lot of requirements to show errors on the page..
