What auto blogging tools work well with this theme, or your experience in general? Most of the ones I used create multiple posts and keep re-appearing when I delete them.

Just looking to add a small news section on my site… pulling from Bing and/or Google News.

Is there a way I can auto assign a random color shaded avatar, if someone does not upload their own photo? This will help add some color to my site. Example attached.

I noticed after I enabled BuddyBoss Wall and Media (not previously activated), I saw the “Photo” icon show up above the group post area (just to confirm, I am talking about BuddyPress groups, vs. the forum area). Is an “Attach” icon beside the “Photo” icon on your dev plan by chance? 🙂

@tjchester Thanks for your reply. You’re right, it does not look like groups support image uploads/attachments. Is there a way to carry your image upload/attachment functionality to groups?

Does anyone have a suggested contact form plugin for use with BB v4? I am using Contact Form 7 and it looks OK, but the email field did not use the existing style.

What plugins/solutions do you recommend for the following?

Social sign-in (at least Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter or OpenID), in addition to offering standard on-site user account login. Signing in through social sign-in would capture the person’s basic information/user photo and create the user account.

Curious if anyone has good recommendations for any plugins that work good for preventing spammer account registration? Appears spammers can still get around CAPTCHA. Would the config likely need to require email activation?
