OK, seems I found it in wp_options. I had to manually remove the products_favorited_count entry. But the problem will still remain: whenever a product is favorited and removed, the count will still exist. And: when a favorite is removed, it actually isn’t updated. I tested it by:

Favorite Count: 1
-> New Favorite by User
Favorite Count: 2
->…[Read more]

Please I have to fix this immediately else I can’t go live! I already searched all possible tables (posts_meta, user_meta) for any entry that contains “favorite”. There is no “favorite_products” and “products_favorited_count”. I am not using any cache plugin. So, how to fix?

I did as you suggested and deleted just the full entry with favorite_products but it still shows up!

OK, maybe the problem is that the favorited count does not count down when it is removed from the favorites. I just tested it by favorite a product and removing it. The count is still at “1”. Now I assume that the option isn’t updated in the wp_options table. That way even a deleted product is still present with the favorited count in the…[Read more]

@pallavi: any news on this? Else I can’t use the product feed widget. I assume there is something still present in the db (e.g. an entry for a favorited product that doesn’t exist anymore). Is it possible to delete the wrong entry manually?

@pallavi: The image is wrong on:

1) the shop header on single product pages
2) on the main sellers page
3) on the main stores page

Almost everywhere except on the individual vendor shop pages (where the image is included as it is and not scaled at all)

btw: where can I overwrite the plugin files? I tried to make changes in content-single-product.php and put it in:

a) onesocial-child/bb-marketplace/woocommerce/
b) onesocial-child/bb-marketplace/
c) onesocial-child/bb-marketplace/templates/
d) onesocial-child/woocommerce/

Nothing worked. Or is it the wrong file for the single product page?

I use autoptimize but it also didn’t work before I installed it and when I disable it completely.

Seems the new updates still does not include a shopping cart in the mobile header. Correct?

OK, just for a test I have overwritten the core file and exchanged “minimum_spend” with “minimum_amount” and “maximum_spend” with “maximum_amount”. The coupon edit works now.

So, this is a bug in the recent buddyboss-marketplace plugin and hope you fix it soon.

The function now seems to be “minimum_amount” and not “minimum_spend”. I tried to overwrite the shop_coupon-edit.php file in themes/onesocial-child/bb-marketplace/templates/wc-vendors/dashboard/ but this file is ignored.
Where is the correct file path to overwrite it?

@vapvarun: Sorry, it still does not work. There is something wrong with the registration. Tested in different browsers with empty caches. If I register with the general “my-account” page, the registration works.

Am I correct that the latest version (1.0.3) still does not fix the registration problem? I just tried it out and it didn’t work. The store pages still won’t list the new registered users (even they activated their account and admin approved them as vendors).

Is it possible that there is a problem with the buddypress registration page? Does it make any difference if I choose the “My Account” (default by VC Vendors Pro) page as the registration page or the “register” page in the buddypress prefs?

OK, found that the problem has to do with the registration. I never had any problem when using the “My Account” page but it often fails when using the overlay registration.

OK, found the following: it seems that the user that isn’t listed is also only available in the users admin (wp-admin) under “vendor”. It also won’t show up in the “all” users list. Has this to do with buddypress?
