I haven’t been able to use Visual Composer myself yet as it creates lots of white space on the page.

I’ve also heard it creates lots of messy code which isn’t good for search engines…

Unfortunately we only want to hide Write a Story icon from users who have not been approved to blog on our site. We want to display it for those that we have approved (for me this would be author).

I had already added a cache plug in (before raising this ticket) but it had no improvement for the users who tell me this page is unusable still froze.
