Ben from WCVendors has informed me I have lots of SQL errors on my site. He has asked me to tell you to download https://www.consciouscrafties.com/sm.txt so you can view the errors your templates are generating and fix them.

Please can you confirm you are going to fix these please?

Hi Pallavi,

This needs to be changed asap! Customers would normally only create an account or sign in when they decide to buy.

This is VERY important – it’s been proven that SEARCH is the no.1 function used by customers and if using search they are 50% more likely to buy.

You might just want to check that (see screenshots)….

That would be perfect! Any idea why mine doesn’t look like that?

The screenshot I sent you is when I am on my desktop and make my screen smaller so it simulates mobile version of the site. In reality however on mobile devices it doesn’t show the search bar, profile man icon or Shop by Categories text.

Hello,

Customers are no longer finding products because the search functionality does not work correctly (and is also not even displayed on mobile – see other ticket raised)

For example:
Search on http://www.ConsciousCrafties.com for ‘Awareness Keyring’
Search results brings back products that have Awareness + Keyring as words together eg ‘Paracord…[Read more]

Hi,

I’ve known this for a while but everything else has been more important. However as the mobile menu is confusing to users this is actually more important than I previously realised.

The ‘View As Desktop’ button on mobile does not switch to desktop version. It switches for a second and then reverts back to mobile version.

p.s. please test on actual mobile device as if you resize desktop screen to display as mobile the search bar does appear.
