@tjchester fyi i have had HashBuddy running on all my test sites since we started testing this product and at no point did it ever cause an issue

The Password Protect page, works for WordPress content, what you’re using on that page is content created in the Box section. If you want to password protect your whole page, then you will want to use a membership plugin like S2Member.

I was able to fix this by renaming the Boss media plugin via FTP and then reinstalling the media plugin not sure where this error stim from cause it did not happen until updated this client to 1.05 of the parent theme

Try re-uploading a fresh, unpacked, copy of the theme’s folder to wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides. Are you getting this with the parent or child theme activated ?

I am trying the Boss theme with a client that has Goody not my normal server and this is the first time i have had this error with a client is this a question as to the way the host has set up their file permissions ?

Child themes are not as difficult as they may appear. The benefits of working off a parent theme means you don’t need to write all the HTML/CSS from scratch.
