No. On the edit screen for your homepage, look in the column on the right for the “Page Attributes” area. There, you’ll see 3 items: “Parent”, “Template” and “Order”. In the “Template” drop-down, select “Front Page Template” and click “Update”.

Click “view page” and you should now see your homepage without the title.

Steve, are you using the Front Page Template for your home page? I have that selected, and the page title doesn’t display.

Michelle, this was resolved for me after the Social Learner child theme update 1.0.3 released on August 31st.

Eric, I’m seeing the same thing. In fact, I’ve been monitoring the support forums since I bought Social Learner, and these problems have been described on previous occasions: here, among others…

Varun, I’ve deactivated all plugins except Sensei and activated the WP 2015 theme. As you can see in the screenshot attached, the “Contact Lesson Teacher” button is still up top, under the lesson title…

Right. But that’s the whole problem, Varun. As I mentioned above, I’ve already deactivated and deleted all Social Learner Themes/Plugins – including “Boss for Sensei” – and yet the layout issue remains.

I’ve also tried clearing the cache on both my server and browser. No dice.

This may sound rudimentary, but did you scroll down? I’ve got a similar problem – the lessons aren’t gone, but they are displaced way down the page for some reason. It’s still a problem, but at least the lessons are there.

Thanks, Varun. Alas, when I make that change the cart icon is visible, but the “login” link disappears – which may be even worse :/

The top menu doesn’t support sub-menu items. You can see that discussion here.

I can’t answer all these questions, Nicole, but I can tell you this: The wordpress toolbar is not supported in the boss theme. See the discussion here.

Feature request for the Buddyboss team: Make the wordpress toolbar accessible in the boss theme, at least for admin users.
