@davejay: One way to test the hypothesis (‘if it was some kind of theme/plugin conflict’) would be to disable the Page Builder plugin and see if the resulting content is full-width. Yes @davejay you’re right that did it. I also removed the [featuredcourses] shortcode and that removed the 4 courses that where being displayed after the “More” button. The issue of the images not appearing on the paged pages is still there however.

Good catch, @davejay! Curiously enough, when I scrolled way down the page, just the second of two modules appeared with listed courses (see attached screenshot).
