I managed to find another type of caching solution which doesn’t create two profiles. Seems OK at the moment. Page speed is fine.

Sorry, but, I’m pulling hair out here! I really feel as if I’m going round in circles!

I put in place the caching to improve database performance – (If you remember the Buddyboss dashboard was just going blank – you recommended minimum reqs.) But, the problem with disabling has caused the page load to take thirty seconds which is crazy. It’s making the site unusable! It’s a real problem. Is there any else you can recommend?

My profile shows my profile twice.
When I go onto somebody else’s profile it shows my profile on top of that person’s.
When I set up a new user the profile says first name _____ and repeats first name______.

PHP 7.0.2
MySql version is set on 5.5

Hi,
If I go to boss themes I just get a blank screen so can’t access slides on front page or any other element.
Can you help please.
I’ve also disabled all of the plug ins but the same problem persists.
Any ideas?

Hi Thanks for the info… I’ve managed to change almost everything.

In loco, Translation, I’ve found the quiz labels in the wp-pro-quiz-en_EN.po file which according to Learndash is where to change the quiz labels. I’ve change them in Loco but, nothing…. Any ideas?
I’ll send a PM with logon details.

Thanks. I’ve managed to find a lot of them in Boss/LD.
However, there are some which I can’t find anywhere…
1) number of lessons on a course page ((2 lessons) and ‘Completed’ or ‘in progress’

2) on Quiz pages – ‘Start quiz’/ ‘Finish Quiz’/ Quiz complete. Please wait for results + ‘Restart Quiz’ at end. I’ve looked everywhere. I’ve changed…[Read more]

I’m trying to change titles for various different reasons. (‘Course’ to ‘simulation’ ‘Registered course’ to ‘reg simulation’/ ‘lesson’ to ‘challenge’, ‘quiz’ to ‘Challlenge me’… Obviously the words appear at various points along the journey from registered courses through to quizzes embedded in a lesson.

Because I’m dripfeeding when a student student has finished a lesson it says ‘completed’ Because of caching issues – when te next lesson appears it still says ‘completed instead of saying in progress…
