And this has made me check your demo again. I’ve found when I look at your free course (ie not tied to Woocommerce), everything is fine. But when I look at your paid courses, your formatting is broken too.

Hi @pallavi, I’ve found that this setting triggers the problem:

Sensei > Settings > Woocommerce
Enable WooCommerce Courses Use WooCommerce to sell Courses by linking a Product to a Course.

If this is ticked, the single-course formatting breaks.

If it’s not ticked, the single-course formatting is fine.

Correction: It’s not different for logged in / logged out users, but for administrators / non-administrators.

The single course page now has a header above the lessons that says “Other lessons”. That doesn’t make any sense – didn’t it used to say “Course lessons” ??

I’m having an issue with the css on a single course page, but only for logged out users.

Previously the singe-course page showed an area in blue with the course excerpt and in the main body it showed the course description. Sensei 1.9.2 asks for a configuration setting: the “Single course page displays” either excerpt or full description.

Actually solved this myself – Sensei 1.9+ deprecated the shortcode [new_courses] which was what my site used – and your demo is currently using. There’s an explanation of the new shortcodes here: https://docs.woothemes.com/document/sensei-shortcodes/

When I replaced [new_courses] with [sensei_courses] it displayed how it used to.

Stink that I never got a reply, but in the meantime I solved it myself. For any future readers, I think (in the pre-Christmas rush) I had put the file content-single-lesson.php in my child theme under Boss-Sensei>templates. Instead – and as Pallavi said the first time around, it should be in the child theme under a folder labelled Sensei.

After checking this forum and realising it wasn’t just my website that essentially broke, I wanted to roll back to v1.8.8. Hi @eltc-tel I’m using the Sensei version, but for me I go to the edit course page, and there’s a box to insert a YouTube or Vimeo link. Once you pop the link in there, the “watch introduction” button appears on the course front-end.
