On the desktop we see alerts in the navbar, but once the view goes down to mobile, we don’t see them.

There is a class there at default called ‘no-alert’, perhaps there is some Javascript not firing to add the Alert number to the span on the mobile nav, and removing that class?

We’re looking for a way to control what shows up (for example, we want to stop “User updated their Profile Picture” update status from showing up in the feed.

We are having a problem where it says ‘file not supported’. Max file upload size is 64MB so I don’t know why our images wouldn’t upload, short of file type, which I don’t think is an issue either.

Any insight would be helpful.

We are experiencing the same issue. Our RAM is at 256MB right now but we are working to increase it (something on our site might be limiting it, we don’t know yet)

We do have the ‘mobile rotation fix’ option enabled as well. Can we send you our login information for a fix?

Also – The Premium INBOX and Standard INBOX – It’s not Autopicking the user to send a message to. Can you please address this as well? We have also been posting in the forum for help on this as well for for over two weeks!

@vapvarun We have purchased the upgraded INBOX Plugin – We aren’t able to choose “Who” to send a message to, or select a file to attach. When we had the default INBOX – we were able to choose “Who” to send a message to. We are updated on all version updates and have all appropriate fields enabled for this to work. We are trying to fix a visual bug. I can reproduce it by looking at the site in mobile mode, and a specific error on mobile safari (using uiWebView inside of an application)

We were testing recently the cover photo feature and had some weird issues in mobile

A) iPhone won’t allow for us to add a cover photo (iPhone 6s)
B) Android will throw an error (invalid file size and invalid file extension), we have replicated both errors

We’d love for the “Members” section that appears on the “Desktop” look like this on the Mobile version…Please see screen shot. Currently on the Mobile it looks really Block like and takes up a lot of real estate… Any recommendations on this?
