look at cloudflare and see how it will work for your you. They are pretty great with wordpress.. I recommend them any day because they give you both protection and speed.

I have tried the latest file you posted, however am still experiencing some issues.

or play around with the opacity level

you need to modify your css.

I didnt update to 2.0.2 decided to stick with 2.0.1 and did the css changes myself. that reflected in 2.0.2

yeah..

what i did was to disable comments for comments.. so the only comment button showing is the one under the main activity. this sort of fixes the empty blank space problem..
