the mysteries of WP… I removed the additional plugin mentioned above because it uses too much mem for my budget hosting. I flicked the selection of Mobile Rotation Fix a couple of times (saving settings each time). I have it now selected and now it is working perfectly… 🙁

I got it fixed (I think) by adding another plugin to my test site.

PS. yes, I have the option selected on my test site and I have deactivated all plugins except for BBWall, BBMedia and BP (and the one mentioned above that I now installed)

I have this same problem (also in BBMedia 3.0) and it seems that I got rid of it (on test) by:

– having the “Enable fix for mobile uploads rotating.” activated AND
– installing a plugin: ios images fixer

can it also be made to actually work on iOS? All media upload plugins I have seen so far have an issue with the little bug in iOS where any image name is defaulted to image.jpg and makes the bulk upload fail… 🙁 I did see one plugin a while ago (for NextGen) that solved this presumably by adding a random string to the filename during…[Read more]

@tjchester I got this solved! The culprit is a plugin called Add Link To Facebook (https://wordpress.org/plugins/add-link-to-facebook/), to be specific: ONE setting in this plugin.

I had to check the setting “Do not execute filters for texts” (set it to True) in the Admin options of this plugin and then the Global Photo gallery page suddenly…[Read more]

@tjchester , at least @mth75 gets a global photo page. I noticed that indeed (also in the profile-media page) photo’s that are added to an album are not shown in the photo’s tab.

I think this is different because I get a completely blank page whilst on my test environment I get the gallery view.

@admin unfortunately I still cannot get the Global Photo Page to work. I will PM you the credentials, can you check why it does not work?

1. made a copy of BB page-left-sidebar.php and renamed copy to woocommerce.php

2. replaced the loop:

@tjchester can you elaborate? I do not see what the wp-adminbar has to do with sidebars? WC has the above structure in their template for sidebar addition (to the “shop” page) and BB has for a left sidebar for instance the code

@tjchester issue has been solved. I had some hidden bad chars in the child theme’s functions.php. Cleaned that up and I managed to install Woocommerce without any problems.
