I seem to be having a nearly similar problem. I’m not sure it’s a plugin problem though. In my case, the Xprofile select box fields are duplicated. All other types of boxes are OK except for select boxes. I have attached a screenshot of the issue.

@vapvarun there is no one responding to my tickets. I can’t also find any of the tickets I’ve submitted. There’s no support whatsoever!!!

Hi there,

I would like to remove the “Points” item from my menu bar but don’t know how to. This menu item was added after I set up myCred but I find it unnecessary in the menu bar. I have attached a picture for clearer explanation.

Hi there,

I’m struggling to find the right CSS code to set the Sabai directory Buddypress page right. It is supposed to be a page where users can manage their business listings in their Buddypress profiles.

The problem only occurs on mobile but is fine on other devices. I have attached a screenshot of the issue on mobile.

Hi there,

The picture attached is a bug I found using Events Manager plugin. The issue is with the cover photo and it only affects the Events profile page. All other pages are fine.

I have unchecked all the options for Events Manager to override the theme but it doesn’t seem to work. Please advise on this. Thanks for your usual help.

The page title on a custom post page shows up on mobile but not on desktop. I would like for the page title to show on all devicces. Thanks for your help in advance.

@pallavi the left menu ‘Boss’ is actually what I am referring to. I have managed to sort the issue out. I found out it was a recently installed plugin that was the cause. I now have the “Boss” menu option available again. Thanks for your kind help. Regards.

The missing links are: the main Buddyboss admin menu link with options for Buddyboss Reorder Tabs, Buddyboss Wall, Buddyboss Media and Boss theme options. I also don’t have links for Typography and Colour Options when I go to Appearance > Customize.
