Doesn’t look like a simple solution. At the moment I jest made references to appropriate lists and custom.css and defined font family and size. Looks like it works in some browsers but I haven’t checked that on mobile yet.

Admin section for the Groups Page requires layout fine tuning in any case becuse currently it looks not in line with all the rest of the site. Tabs doesn’t look selected when you click on them. Yeah, It is turned out quite a long way but I hope it will worth it in the end. Additional question I have got is where are all the drop down lists of different filters are sitting? I have not found a reference to them yet to edit font size, style etc.

Apparently best times for Android browsers are still yet to come. This issue appears in Google Chrome, in Firefox there are problems with mobile menu of BuddyBoss and standard browser doesn’t support latest CCS (so my custom rounding and shadows for avatars looks ugly). There is no such a problems at Apple mobile devices.

The Plugin controls all images in the Media Library so they would processed accordingly for all devices types (with regular and Retina screens). More info on how it works available here. It is also edit the code so appropriate image size would be used for page download depending on the type of the device screen used for serving the web.

If to talk about the entries located in buddyboss-wall-loader.php and buddyboss-pics-loader.php (at least for those which are dedicated to buddyboss Wall and Photo layouts) they do not work if you put the files inside the child theme but only if they stay in parent. By the way the footer credentials also has to be added to the list of translatable entries.

When you get invite to join the group and there is only one participant (creator), you open up the invite and the message says “‘Name of the Group’ – 1 people:”

Yeah, it works for “My Likes”. Thanks! We still need to find another entry for “‘Member Name’ wrote on ‘Member Name’s’ Wall” somewhere else besides buddyboss-inc/buddyboss-wall/buddyboss-wall-loader.php

Very odd, because I have translated it there:

$new_action = sprintf( __( ‘%s писал(а) на доске участника %s’, ‘buddyboss-wall’ ), $user_url , $tgt_url );

But it still shown up in English (the same as with My Likes tab in the Wall).

Apparently dialog: ‘Member name’ wrote on ‘Member Name’s’ Wall is not marked for translation due to direct translation of the similar string in buddyboss-wall-loader.php doesn’t work (and it is without ‘s after the second ‘Member Name’).

Where else it could sit?

There were some issues of the theme translation discussed here so I hope that they will be corrected in the coming release.

It is also nesesary to change likes strings to be correctly used in other languages:

I have just noticed that currently in “Likes” section of BoddyBoss there are strings combined of separate words (entries) are used depending on if its one like or many:

“You” + “likes” + “this”
or
“You” + “and” + %s + “other person” + “likes” + “this”

That’s a known bug of BuddyPress. It was recently discussed again here.

If you would like that BuddyBoss might be fully translated to other languages then you probably need to add all entries from the BuddyBoss Theme Settings page as well.

What are those menu items numbers stand for? I would like to use font awesome icons instead of words in my main menu but they reflected only large landscape (mobile menu replaces them with a rectangle).
