OK, after trying everything and it didn’t work, we finally figured out what was slowing the website down.

It was “rtMedia for WordPress, BuddyPress and bbPress” plagin. As soon as we turned it off, website become pretty fast. Now we don’t know what to replace it will or optimize it. Social network without photos – not good! Any suggestions?

We will consider moving website to a different host. I also noticed that hostgator became worser lately. We had down times due to the server and always have to wait for 30 min on hold to get somebody on the phone.

We have WP Super Cache. Any useful settings in it we might miss?

No, it doesn’t work. So it might be a plagin issue.

NO, the issue still exist. Device – Iphone 5 ( we did test others yet). I moved when I use it from the app saved on phone screen. We use Add to home screen WP plugin.
Also when I open in safari browser sometimes it hide behind the browser bar and sometimes it stays on top of it while scrolling up and down.

Thanks for reply! I did update child theme totally, only replaced custom.css code with one from the old theme.

I did an update. It is much smoother. The only problem I see is that top nav bar is moving. Sometimes it moves to the middle of the page instead of staying on top.

It would also be super great if you guy would incorporate button which will take you directly to notifications.

I deactivated all the plugins, but group settings still nowhere to be found. 🙁

What about group settings? Group admin is not able to change picture, description, etc. The settings are simply not there.
