The same problem here. It is blinking, when ever you are changing pages or scrolling down. Our users started to complain a lot, since it is very irritating. 🙁

by installing BuddyPress Activity Plus and removing photo upload, since I am using different plugin for that.

BuddyPress Security Check doesn’t seams to work anymore. I have Sweet Captcha installed, which does protect, but it is complicated for users on mobile.
