@rummelhoff Hi David, did you fix your Redirect After Login issue in the meantime? I have the exact same problem. It would be much better if all vendor registrations or logins would go directly to their `wcvendors dashboard. Did yo get that going in the meantime? How?

I checked if thats a conflict with your “reorder tabs” plugin, by uninstalling that plugin. No luck. I made the group and the forum public – and tried to reorder the tabs thereafter, no luck.

I am not allowed to select “Forums” probably since some Forums are not public.

I am not allowed to select that since the Forum is not Public. The whole group including the forum is a private group.

I had Reorder Tabs installed already. If I reorder using that plugin, put the Forum first, it works, but the initially displayed tab of the group upon opening the group remains “Activities”, not “Forum”… Which is what I was trying to change 🙁

Ok, I attached 3 screenshots to show what’s going on. I am trying to get the “Forums” to display first, when someone opens a group. The reordering of the tab headers does not get accepted with the save button.

Hi,

there’s a gap directly below the market panel and every “Group Header Image”.

I know I could probably tweak that away in a template or so. But I think that is looking bad for everyone, isnt’it?

Hi,

the groups are a really good-looking and powerful approach to forums.

What stikes me though is that anyone can create groups.

Ist there a way to restrict that?

Hi,

theres a very nice little drag-an drop option for reordering the navigation links within groups. But when I press “save”, the old order reappears. Is that a bug or am I missing something?

Thanks, that looks good. But it requires the member-type plugin to work with “All Vendors”. The “Member Type Plugin” does modifications to the registration-section. Is it reallly safe to combine that with social marketplace? (Given that the registration in social market still has bugs …)

I have a group with Forums that are not for customers eyes, just for vendors. I would like to put all accepted vendors automatically into that group. Is there a standard way to do that?

Just out of curiosity: Is there any reason why the search box gets enabled for logged in users only by default? Before I override the template I’d like to understand if that has drawbacks other than the Site Name not appearing 🙂
