I’ve heard back from the plugin developer and he has confirmed it isn’t a BuddyForms issue and is this css file:

Ok that’s weird because if I use the parent theme, the issue we had is resolved, but it remains if I use the child theme so there must be something that’s lingered in my child theme files that’s still causing the conflict.

I’m using BuddyForms. I’ve already contacted Sven about it, but he doesn’t think it’s his plugin.

I have disabled plugins to test for conflicts and not found a culprit – I can’t test BuddyForms because it provides the front-end posting functionality.

Another point to add is that the media uploader looks normal in the back end. It’s only the front end being affected.

It all seems to be related to the button styling – all of which is coming from the Boss CSS e.g. width @ 200px, display: inline-block etc. If I remove this styling the panel starts to look ok again.

I have created a standard gallery to test this out and it seems to be working ok, but the images are very dark as if they have an overlay.

Also, if I click comment or like, it closes the lightbox down.

I don’t have a plugin installed to handle media apart from Buddyboss Media.

Any ideas on what could be causing that?
