Ok this is what you need to do. Basically in the forum already. What I did was went to my file manager, put overwrite existing files, made the image called logo.jpg, then overrided it in the themes——>buddyboss—–>inc—–>images folder and it shows the new logo.

I cannot get the logo to work and cannot even get it to replace the logo. Can you show me how to do that?

  I just created a new logo, named it the same as the current logo and then replaced it.

I even tried the deleting the logo.jpg file and it still did not work when replacing it with the new image file that said logo.jpg

I have the same issue and my site is not a multisite and my web hosts tech support tried everything. We even tried uninstalling buddy press then re installing it. No answer to this so could you please help ASAP!
