This is horrible service. Support ticket system just refreshes the page and doesn’t work for customers, and you are told to post in these forums and there’s just other customers with the same problems and no one from the company with a solution. The Global Search plugin I purchased for BuddyBoss Theme is not working properly. Click in the Search box at the top of the screen, type in any word to search, let’s do: gdp
It says Loading Suggestions, then returns Nothing Found for gdp.
Now click the actual magnifying glass to load the Search Results webpage and it says next to the All bubble…[Read more]

The profile edit is not working on my blog. No one can edit a profile. The edit profile displays
/groups/1/page that is blank. I deactivated groups and it still doesn’t work.
It does it on everyone and so it’s not just a user admin thing.

Your latest update installed this morning broke all the graphics and now ugly empty picture containers are all over my website. I sent an email to support but no autoresponder that you even got my email.
