I’m just configuring Boss for my application I’d be interested to know this too. I might try discovering the optimum image size.

I missed the detail that you set the maximum file size limit by editing a configuration file. The method varies dependent on your hosting.

@james-rimmer the photo size upload error sounds like the file size and not the dimensions. Typically this is configured by editing server configuration files outside of the wordpress application / theme. You will need to refer to your hosting support or if you let us know your provider we could assist.
