I still have a problem with the slug “%s posted an update”.

When the wall plugin is turned on- the translated slug is being cut – and all that shows up is “s”.
If I turn the wall plugin off- I get the buddypress translation – and it’s all good.

It was plugin related. I was using WP frontend Uploader and it unchecked some of my settings for wp. I swear I got a new gray hair from that one.

I do want the login/ register button to be visible on the admin toolbar- for the logged OUT users since I am using another navigation bar.

I found and changed this code after I wrote:

top: 80px;
}

Instead of

#fwslider .slide_content {
top: 0px;
left: 0;
position: absolute;
width: 100%;
height: 100%;

This is a new code, it wasn’t there in the previous version.

since the update my slide styling changed. I had some custom css added, and my slides are 600 px high (change made in buddyboss-slides-loader.php in the child theme) but the position of the text- that was in the middle of the slides was not altered.

I gave Bowes Codes a try yesterday, and the problem with them is that it’s not a live group activity shortcode , it’s just a link to a grop, with a picture.

I found another plugin, by buddydev, and there you can embed the group latest activity but it is still just the snippet of the feed with no option to add…[Read more]
