Hi,

In group forums – the forum and the topics do not have breadcrumbs- making it very difficult for the users to understand where they are.
All the regular forums, not group related have breadcrumbs.

Hi @yann 🙂

So you have to open wall-hooks.php (it is in wall plugin includes) and search with CTRL -F fot the first lines and replace them with the second. Problem is, this file can’t be saved in child theme and is frequently updated.

you are not gonna believe it, but i posted about the same subject yesterday.

i have been struggling with this for months, and hopefully now that there are other languages involved,
@michael and @tjchester will think of a better solution then manually changing wall-hooks.php

Hi Paul 🙂 I just noticed that the forums here display @handle under the username- is that something new? I don’t have that in my child theme (buddyboss updated to the latest one )

I just went through the entire thread to find the exact changes you told me to make within wall-hooks.php. Maybe these can be taken care of forever and ever in my child theme’s functions.php?

hi,

when buddyboss wall plugin is on,

PRIVATE group updates (forum or feed) do now show up in the user’s “news feed” tab.
only the PUBLIC group/forum activity shows up.

it shows up in the general activity page – under “my groups”, but that one has buddypress tabs (not buddyboss wall)

I have these custom post types for my users to upload. I have made a separated singe and content templates for them.
How do I make the author link (at the top of the post) – go to the user’s profile instead to the WP archives by author (since wp does not see the custom posts)?
