Jup it’s a free plugin. Their support (Brajesh Singh) is very helpful. He even updated another free plugin (BP Username changer) so I could use it on my site. I have bought one of their premium BuddyPress plugins as well…

Something like:

can be used to fix the issue with missing bullet points in BB Inbox.

It is a problem for users when they sign up and their username is already taken.

I am using BP Member Types as well. I use it to add “Teacher” to the Member directory page.

There are many different member types/roles/levels in WordPress/BuddyPress. I was recently asked by another BuddyBoss member for advice about this. It really depends on what you want to use it for.

Q: Would it be possible to redirect users after they signup using WP Social Login to a page where they have to click Acceptance button to continue?

Thanks for the suggestion @tommasi105 it will be my backup solution in case it is not possible to add JS code to WP Social Login but at 19$ / month it’s a bit expensive I am also not sure if it will work during WP Social Login though.

It seems to me that they are really reluctant to support customers who are using Social Learner as a theme. You should be able to add an option for it. Anyway, User community sites require special attention to Terms & Conditions. Specifically, because users share information such as e-mail, name, birthday, etc… Such information must be handled carefully in Europe.
