I made 2 tickets for a refund, but for both tickets i haven’t received a confirmation by e-mail or ticket number to track this message.

It has nothing do that the product is bad, my private situation makes me do this. My order numbers are:

Mobile i use Android Standard Internet, mobile HTC Desire HD and tried it on Samsung Galaxy S4.

Desktop i have tried Chrome and IE10.

Site is not ready, will send it by e-mail with some screenshots.

Is there a way to customize this? That i can add my own pages with my own icons, without touching PHP (i have zero knowledge for that) and that these icons are always visible*? This allows me to assign other page options in the right upper corner menu (that are useful for the site, but not direct related to the site).
