Hi- When I click on a comment link from a notification email it does not work in safari. Works in chrome, firefox, but not safari. Also haven’t checked IE or any others.

Hi guys-

with the new update to 3.1.5 sitewide notices (the bubble at the top of the screen) are showing up under the footer also. It is happening on your site too. Here’s a SCREENSHOT of it on your site today.

Thank you much @tjchester! So moving forward does that mean I never update my child theme? Like right now I have child 3.1.4 and parent 3.1.5. So when 3.1.6 comes out I just update the parent?

Hi. I am about to update from BuddyBoss 3.1.4 to 3.1.5. This is the first time i have ever used a child’s theme and I am a little confused how it will work with the manual update?

@tjchester I clicked the link for Chrome that you put above….i don’t understand what they are saying….could you possibly explain in short what they are saying…for instance, do i need to do something? will they be fixing it? etc? thanks

ps you reference buddyboss having its own gallery but the page I am showing you is not a buddypress page it is just a regular page i needed to put images on. The only gallery I see that buddyboss offers is for the buddypress pages?

@tjchester what does that have to do with anything?? That makes no sense. First of all that plugin works just fine all it does is add links to pictures within a gallery. Hi I can not get my notices to show at the top of the page. It will show in the widget and in my messages but does not flash across the site for all to see.

It was working yesterday afternoon. We tried deactivating all plugins and there was no conflict that we know of.

I created a wordpress image gallery for one of my pages. All the images are being cropped into a 150 x 150 square. It is cutting off part of the images where as in other themes it will resize the image to fit in the allotted space. How/where can I edit this. The thumbnail settings in dashboard–>media do not do anything.

I might be missing something big here…but how to i edit CSS? I’ve never used a child theme before so maybe this is the issue but I am going to the Style.css in the editor and adding CSS for various things and nothing works. Am I doing something wrong?
