IOne simple solution is just to hide these notices via CSS. Luckily different types of notices have their own CSS classes. If you Firebug the Wall you will see them all.

Sorry, my problem for logo not centering was after installing s2Member to which I think Melissa is also using, so that code on style sheet did not solve the issue.
