First of all I am happy to welcome you to this forum.I am still having problem with Envolve chat when activated I cannot preview photos on my gallery,when deactivated I can preview fine.Help,please.

Check your plugins by deactivating all of them leaving only buddyboss and buddypress,Start uploading photos one by one for instance when you upload the first photo activate each plug at same time […]

I have done all that before.My host is not going to deal with third party custom themes.

When I upload a photo to my wall is nothing they go straight to actvity and Media library.So I have no album to do the (Ctrl+f5).

At least a picture and counted Photo 1 on profile,I got totally nothing I upload straight my picture goes to media library.
