Am I understanding this correctly? It doesn’t seem to make sense. Here’s my situation. We have multiple member types: landscape contractors, homebuilders, homeowners, designers, etc.

Here is what I did:

1) Set up member types.
2) Change the profile fields under the “base” type.

I’ve been doing this now for 15 hours/2 days and things are not working the way they should. Do you offer phone support? I could write this stuff out but it’s going to take a long time and it’s going to take a long time to answer as well.

Hello,

When you go into Profile Fields and change “base” nothing works. It doesn’t matter what you choose, it will never change on the front-end.

I don’t think we are tlaking about the same things. I appreciate the help but I think I need to clarify because I think that is for the Navigation Menus.

So far the videos have been helpful. I can’t figure out how to get the navigation to be the same for my different people: homeowners, contractors and designers/architects.

I definitely see mine (admin) but I can’t get the other one to work.

Can someone help me out?
