Ahh damn…Sorry about that. Got both themes installed and didn’t notice that. I just added the php code to the header and it is now working.

Hi TJ,

I’ve added the code but it’s still not displaying. I’ve attached a screen shot of my Notepad++ screen. I am using the child theme and copied Header.php to that folder. I also tried the code in the main theme files too and no changes unfortunately.

I’m using the MyCRED points plugin and I would like to display the user’s points in the header using the following code:

echo do_shortcode( ‘[mycred_my_balance]’ );

I added this PHP code to the header.php file and it didn’t display my points. Is this possible to do with this theme?

I would like to remove the top padding from the pages so I can customize the layout using a plugin called iDesign. How do I remove the top padding so there’s no white space. Please see attached photo.

I just need something that works for now until these bugs are fixed. Not trying to pay another $55+ for another BuddyPress focused theme.

@tj I tried your suggestions and the problems seem to exist. As @skyrie suggested, I can give you admin & sftp access to take a look. I wonder if this is WPEngine problem.

Is there a way to get access to earlier versions of BuddyBoss and try them out to see if the problem still exists?

I recently bought BuddyBoss and it looks great, however I’m having problems on the pages that feature an activity feed such as Site Activity and Groups Activity except for Profile page. I’ve attached some screenshots to show you what the problems are.
