I left the current length of the excerpt as is, but focused on the “read on” link. Most of this is explained in this post:

Hi TJ, may I once more come back to this issue. I “solved” it on a temporary basis by using a text widget giving the link right after the (BuddyBoss) Profile Login Widget. However, this looks awful, if a user is already logged in. Actually I needed the buddyboss-profile-widget-loader.php be adapted accordingly for the case the user is logged out.…[Read more]

Hi TJ, is there a possibility to have longer excerpts than limited to the thumbnail space, in order to show a lead section (serving as a summary of the post) followed by may be another 5-10 text lines of the full post?

Hi TJ, I just noticed that slider titles are too big on mobile devices and slider secondary textes aren’t displayed anymore. Thus, what are your recommendations as to ideal font-size settings for sliders in order to make the respective adjustments in the custom css settings for the various devices? Thank you!

Hi Michael, I am using WP 3.8
As to your links, I can see/act on the toolbar when logged-in, but no Register / Login-Buttons are displayed when logged-out (most probably, because my 3.0.7. settings were set to “flowting” instead of fixed). I also would appreciate to have the flowting toolbar back (if it is working properly on all devices, of course).

Hi DJ and Shawn, I recently updated from BB 3.0.7 to 3.1, but cannot find the BB toolbar. As indicated by Shawn, there is no more BB option to have the adminbar flowted.
